Dr Natalie Chambers,

Counselling Psychologist

At some point in life, the majority of people will have difficult thoughts or feelings, face problems in relationships or encounter challenging situations at work or home.

As a Chartered Counselling Psychologist I support people to deepen self-awareness, find steadiness in self-acceptance and initiate meaningful change.

One-to-One Work

I offer one-to-one sessions designed to provide you with highly personalized and confidential support. In our sessions, we'll work closely to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges, all while tailoring our approach to meet your unique needs. This is your safe and nurturing space for finding clarity, healing, and strategies for understanding and navigating your own feelings and needs.

Group Work

Breaking the Rules was born from mine and my colleague’s shared passion of helping individuals be their whole unique selves and our clinical experience. Working alongside each other for many years, we noticed that restrictive, rule-based thinking and behaviours were common themes amongst many of our clients.

Bringing our breadth of clinical skills together in this collaborative project enables us to offer a unique opportunity to have ‘mind and body’ together in the same room. We love supporting people to address unhelpful rules, learn to tune into themselves, identify their own needs and work towards getting these met.
