I am Dr Natalie Chambers, I’ve worked in mental health for over twenty years and qualified as a Counselling Psychologist in 2006. I offer one-to-one therapy, clinical supervision and co-facilitate an innovate project with marissa-catherine carrarini - Breaking the Rules.

I see my role as a Counselling Psychologist as supporting people to deepen self-awareness, find steadiness in self-acceptance and initiate meaningful change.

Therapy can offer you:

  • Time to talk

  • Freedom to explore

  • A chance to gain problem solving skills
